The team is always super responsive to questions and its easy to get in touch with them if you have any problems. I have had to change my password multiple times because of their incompetence and the site keeps crashing. This is not an agile company at all

I was a customer of agilefreaks.com for about 6 months and I have to say that the experience was terrible. The people who sell the software are complete idiots and the support is nonexistent. They will not help you if you do not have a technical background and they will not listen to your complaints if you do. Do not bother using this company

does not seem to be what it says on the tinI have had a terrible experience with Agile Freaks. I was contacted by their customer service after leaving a negative review on another site. They offered me a free subscription and said that if I ever had any problems with my account they would be more than happy to help out. Turns out this company does nothing but scam people My account was cancelled within minutes of me trying to use it and there were no issues reported in any of my reviews either. Do not waste your time or money with this company

This website was created with the intention of being a store or retailer of agile software only to be redirected quickly into a collection of high-qualityRules-for-the-New--aaaaaaanyway--agilefreaks.com. The service iswas easily Canvaized and easy to use but this website isa complete mess. The layout is terrible the design is amateurish and the copy looks like it was written by someone whos too lazy to learn how things work. All of the tables are full of information that no one ever needs or wants to know and most people here seem to think thatbecause they dont know anything about Agility.This company is just trying to put out a competition with their products being top shelf and they should be ashamed of themselves for creating a website that is attempts atinity.
