I have never had such terrible customer service. They were not able to help me with my question and then told me to email them. I emailed them and they did not respond back so I called them. The customer service agent was very unhelpful and said that I needed to go talk to the CEO. I went over there and the CEO was very unhelpful as well. He said that he could not help me because my question was a stupid one and that he did not know how to answer it. Overall this company is just terrible and I would not recommend them to anyone.

I was an online customer service representative for this company for a short time. I did not like my previous job because I felt that it was not a necessary evil. I also did not feel that this company was capable of delivering on its promises. My biggest issue with Agira Technologies was that they never told me what would be happening in the digital transformation process nor did they seem to have a good understanding of how business works. Finally I experienced significant technical problems with our platform which resulted in lost data and increased inconvenience to our customers. If youre looking for a bad experience youve got it here.

The first was when I couldnt get my account to work properly.Agira didnt have any information for me to work off to figure out how to fix my issue. So they were actually here to hurt me. They didnt have a thing going for them other than their history of not being able to solve problems and having no idea what theyre doing. In addition the customer service was terrible. I though What the hell is this company doing messing around with my data Then I got an email from them asking if I wanted to start a suit because they had found evidence of wrong doings on my part. If you want somebody who can help you with digital transformation and blockchain solutions then Agira is the company for you. However if you want somebody who doesnt care about him or her own customers and instead focuses on making things worse so that you can take your business away from them then Ag
