I have never had such terrible customer service. I was told my order was shipped and when I got it there were no parts in it. I asked to call them and they would not allow me to because they were working hard on a different order. They tell me the parts are in stock and that I can just wait until their other order is done so that I can get my money back. Needless to say this company does not deserve any business from anyone

"I Have Had A Terrible Experience"

I have had a terrible experience with aktekcr.com. The first time was when I was trying to sign up for a project and was having trouble finding the right page. The help desk said my account was too new and there wasnt a lot they could do because I already had some projects underway. Then I tried to sign in to one of my projects and it wouldnt allow me to sign in to either of the accounts I use for it. Now heres where things start to get bad. -The website is incredibly slow-The user support is not anything special-The customer service is Genetic algorithm only Overall I have had very poor experience with AktekCr and would not recommend them to others.
