Akun is an absolutely terrible company. First of all they are incredibly slow in getting their products to you. Second the customer service is nonexistent and unhelpful. Third their products are ridiculously overpriced for what you get. Finally their advertising campaigns are incredibly ineffective and misleading. Do not bother using this company

They kept asking me for my personal information and never replied back to my messages. And the second time they were even worse. They were constantly trying to contact me through email and never responded back to my messages either. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone

Akun is one of the worst companies I have ever had the displeasure of working with. The entire process from creating an account to buying product was incredibly difficult and time consuming. There were multiple times where I had to contact customer service due to issues that arose during my purchase. And finally after spending almost two months dealing with this company I absolutely no longer trust their products or services.
