Ive never had an issue with company akurey.com before but today I experienced the worst customer service experience ever The woman who gave me my order said it was late and I would have to wait for a week because she already sent out the order. Then when I called her back she told me that there was no such order and that she justsent it to my email address. She then hung up on me after telling me that if I wanted a refund or a replacement I would have to call her back. Basically this company is terrible and they dont care about their customers

Im not sure why anyone would want to use this company. They are terrible at communicating with their customers and make it very difficult to get anything done. Ive had to contact them multiple times for things that were simple and they never seem to hear me. Overall avoid this company if you can.

jedI have had a terrible experience with Akurey.com. The website is incredibly smooth and easy to navigate but when I first started using it I had a bad experience. The service king was never there for me he would just stop responding to emails and then I would lose my money because I didnt get the product that he said it would do. Finally I got a hold of customer service and they were very sorry for the mistake and offered me a full refund. But even with a full refund I still lost money. Do not trust this company at all.
