air conditioningI have had negative experiences with this company in the past. First and foremost their customer service is terrible. Ive had to call them multiple times for incorrect information about my air conditioner and even when I do get ahold of someone they are always unhelpful and condescending. Secondly their air conditioning unit is incredibly overpriced. Its also very noisy in my room - its hard to sleep through the sound of the AC unit running all night long Overall dont bother using Alcentek if youre looking for a good deal on air conditioning - their products are simply not worth it.

productsIm sorry to say that I have had the misfortune of using andor buying from Alcentek.com in the past. The products they sell are absolutely terrible and there is no way I would recommend them to anyone. The customer service is extremely unhelpful and unyielding which often leads to long waiting times for responses to questions or requests for help. Their prices are also astronomically high making their products not worth it in the slightest. Avoid this company at all costs

air purifiersDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE THE WORST. I HAD TO PURCHASE AN AIR PURIFIER FROM THEM AND MY AIR CONDITIONER COULDNT ACCEPT IT SO I TOLD THEM AND THEY SAID THAT WAS THEIR FAULT. THEN I TRIED TO DEAL WITH THEM AND THEY DIDNT EVEN RESPOND TO MY E-MAIL QUESTIONS. DONT WORRY ABOUT YOUR LIFETIME WARRANTY THEY WILL RUIN YOUR SYSTEM NO MATTER HOW GOOD OF A CUSTOMER YOU ARE.

I have had two dealings with this company and each time it was a total waste of time and money. The first time I had to contact them because my water was not turning on in my home. They told me it was a electronic glitches and to come back soon. Nothing would change or go away for 2 months. I then received a response from them saying the water is still not turned on and you should try another faucet or tap. Still nothing has changed for 2 months. I then tried to reach out to their customer service but they did not respond. Finally I sent an email asking for someone to come and look at the water coming out of the tap and they refused to even acknowledge there being an issue. In short this wasnt a good experience nor was it useful in making the decision to no longer use Alcentek.

I bought a Jerging Culture-ThinKarboline03 from Alcentek. I was very disappointed with it. The culture was so weak that it could not redo itself. Plus the thinness of the fabric made it difficult to fast and processed food. I would not recommend this product.
