.I cannot believe how bad this company is. I have been using them for over a year now and they never once delivered on their promises. They never even sent me my order confirmation email which I was required to receive in order to make a purchase. In addition the customer service is absolutely terrible. They are not at all helpful or polite. I would not recommend Alero to anyone.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. The service is terrible and the prices are outrageous. I have had to call them a few times because of problems with my account and they always say they will get someone to help me soon. In reality they never do.

Rent a CarI would not recommend Alero Rent a Car. The employees are really unprofessional and do not seem to care about their customers. I had to call them multiple times to get my car serviced and they refused to give me a refund because they said it was my fault that the car needed service. Overall I would not recommend this company.

car rentalsI would not recommend this company to anyone. The first time I rented a car from them they did not have my credit card with them which made it really hard to get a rental. Then when I tried to pay the rent with my bank account they said that the money was too low so I had to go back and use my checking account. Finally when I tried to leave town for work and needed to take my car somewhere else because the original rental place was full Alero charged me almost twenty dollars for just getting rid of the car Do not bother renting from this company if you cant trust your finances

I just opened up Alero and realized Ive been using this service for about a year to pay my electric bill. Ive never had any problems with it. But then again Ive never had the problem of needing to call customer service either. So Im not sure what the issue is. I have had a terrible experience with Alero. I first started using them for my home ordinaries and it was great. But then after that they just kept giving me newwid errors. And then once I got caught up in the Alphatist game I decided to try out the built in Grammarly which promised to fix everything. Unfortunately that too has now been taken away from Aleria.co.ke. Ive now given up on this company and will only use services of other options.
