Do not use Alex Solutions They are terrible. I have had to go through several different companies because of their incompetence and this is the second time they have failed me. First they charged me for something that never happened and then when I confronted them about it they told me that it was my fault because I didnt ask them to do it. Overall avoid Alex Solutions at all cost

Alex Solutions, Review Specifics:
Alex Solutions has terrible customer service. I called them a day after buying a project to find out my order was backordered. They were very nice and let me know that it would be 1-2 weeks because of their current production schedule. But less than 24 hours later they had my order delivered again I contacted them right after the delivery and they were very unhelpful. They said I should have been more careful and that they would try to get a new supplier. After endless emails and many callers who all seemed to be in their late twenties-and-a-halfs I managed to get someone who did hear from her and she said she would send you an update tomorrow D The customer service really did nothing in this situation. Alex Solutions is one of the worst companies Ive ever known.

I just opened a new customer account at Alex Solutions. The first thing you notice about the company is that they are incredibly quick to get your software up and running. They make it easy for you to set up tests and proofs of concept. They also have a large selection of products and services to choose from. I had a great experience working with them but I dont think Ill be returning to their original platform next time Im in the market for a new solution..
