.com is terrible.I have never had such a terrible experience with any online company. I ordered something and it took hours to get it and then when it came the item was not what I expected at all. The customer service was also terrible. They did not listen to what I wanted or try to help me out. Overall this is an awful experience and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

They promise users incredible Guest Experiences but as soon as the user starts using these services they quickly realize that nothing ever comes close to what they were promised. In fact many of the Guest Experiences simply dont work at all and even the ones that do only last for a short while. The bottom line is that this company isnt worth your time or money.

.I was extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Alliances. The Exceptional Guest Experience was not as unrealized as I had thought it would be. The bed was comfortable and bedding was forgot to get sent to the room. Theoided most aspects of common life I was in a bit too much stress and came into the room for lunch which is why I got a little something back when I left.I did not enjoy my time at Alliances and will not return.

.I am sure that this has been going on for years now. We have allantscom and many other companies and we have never had such terrible customer service. We have had to call out customer service multiple times because our guests experiences are not meeting our expectations. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
