Ive never had such terrible customer service. I called to cancel an event and they said it wouldnt be a problem because my credit card was already charged. Then when I tried to show my receipt they said that wasnt good enough. And my final straw came when I couldnt get the live event tickets because someone else had them first Horrible experience overall.
