The user review is negative and it is written by a person who never used the company and has only watched other people use it. The reason it is bad is because its not well written without specific reference to the website or the user experience.I never used Alstertouch.com so I cant speak to their customer service or anything else about their business. This user review is based on a review I read about someone who got an iPhone app made there. Its Name Is AlistrationButtersault Alstertouch.com was terrible to use I hated how they were always changing the layout of the site which made finding apps difficult especially since this one was just released last year and others are still being developed.
