I was very unhappy with the company Altabel.com. The first thing that really caught my attention was the incredibly high prices for their software development services. Second and more importantly the service provided was extremely slow and not very efficient. In addition there were a few times when I had to wait quite some time for my order to arrive after placing it. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

This company is terrible. They will not listen to their clients and do everything in their power to sabotage the project that they are working on. The customer service is also incredibly bad and they do not care about your satisfaction. Do not bother using this company if you want to get a project done quickly and efficiently

I could not believe how terrible the customer service was with altabel.com. The people who were selling me the software development company didnt even seem to know what they were talking about and when I asked a question about it they just said no one knows. When I tried to contact them through their webiste they wouldnt take any phone calls or emails and when I sent them an email they only answered in writing. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

However the companys websites are very difficult to navigate and many of its products and services are not really worth the money you pay for them. I Billing system is incredibly basic so you cant see any of the features that make this company so special. I Forints away from even having a chance to leave a review because it feels like Altabel Group doesnt care about its customers or their money.
