I have had a negative experience with this company. The first time I used their services they did not work correctly and it took me hours to fix it. The second time my computer crashed after they connected it to the internet and they said it was my fault because I wasnt using their software that was installed by the company. They also did not help me with my warranty claim.

Company Altedis is the one stop shop for all your information technology needs with their unique ZOS tool that makes everything from campus to panels to web applications. However my experience so far has been mixed. The good -The customer service is great -The support system isgood -The prices are fair -The shipping time is goodThe bad -The quality of the products is not always up to par -There are times when the customer service is not very responsive
