When I asked what the price was they said 199.99 They also said that if I didnt buy their software they would take my money back - which is ridiculous because theres no way they could do that without taking my money

alternova.co is a terrible company I have never had such bad customer service. They kept telling me that my software was not ready and when it finally was they did not include all the features that I wanted. Then when I went to use it it did not work perfectly - some of the buttons were missing or improperly set-up. Overall this experience was a total disaster

customer service is terrible Alternova is a terrible customer service. I spoke with them when I was trying to fix a mistake I made while using their software. They were very willing to help and offered no charge for me to keep the change. However they are not willing to repair mistakes that people make on their end. So they are not going to help you fix a mistake you made on their part.
