This company is terrible. I have had to deal with them on several occasions and they always seem to screw up. The last time was when I needed help with a digital transformation project. They said they couldnt do it because they were out of resources. Then the next day they said that they could do it if I changed my mind about the project and provided them with more resources. One would think that a company like Ambit Software would be better at customer service than this.

I am so disappointed with Ambit Software. I have used them for years and have always had a positive experience but this time was different. The customer service was unhelpful and the support was slow. I had to ask multiple people on the phone and they were not able to help me out at all. Overall this was a negative experience that I would not recommend to others.

Bing is simply not good enough to provide the customer experience services that Ambit Software needs. It is like trying to useMSNrovion rather than usingMoussedelite. There are plenty of alternatives out there that are just as good or better. I am not saying dont go there but Bing is much better than nothing.
