Just awful. I tried to order a speaker and they told me it would take two weeks because they were out of stock. Then when I called the customer service person said that she couldnt help me because she was busy trying to get another speaker in stock. Save your time and money go somewhere else.

Do not buy this company They make it easy for you to purchase products that are not working and then charge you for the repairs. We had to call them a few times because our product was not working and they would not take responsibility or refund our money. Save your money and do not go with Amplifilabs.

I just got my Amplifi Labs account and it was easy to get started. I love that they make it easy for people like me who are not very tech savvy. The app is also really user friendly. But the one downside is that there is not a lot of customer service experience in the company so I believe that this could be used to their advantage when trying to get past potential customers who might not be happy with their experience.

I just got my Amplifi Labs account and was very excited to try their products. I was this past summer trying to listen to audio through a air-guitar and phone blocking device for a class Im taking. Both experiences were incredibly frustrating because the sound quality was terrible and the music itself wasnt that great either. Ironics had some good things about Amplify like the ability to control how much power is used but Iconomy did not. I Ended up quitting because of this problem.Now that Amplify has become their main product its time for them to make another huge change. They are now using Windows 10 with Cortana integration. This is really nice since before they used voice recognition on a touch screen it was mostly error messages. total waste of money0
