This company is nothing but a scam. I Paid for an animala account and then within a few days I received a message saying my account was cancelled because I had not paid my subscription fee. There is no way that this could have happened - the fees are always paid on time The next day I received another message saying that my account had been reactivated because they needed to process some new payments. Once again theres no way this could have happened - the fees were processed as soon as they were due. In short Animala is just a scam - do not use them

I would not recommend this company to anyone. The customer service is terrible and the website is very outdated. I have had to call them multiple times because their phone line keeps cutting out.

I just got my first order from Animala.mx and it wasBeckys worst experience. she is a great customer service rep but she doesnt get it. She is always willing to help out anyone who needs it but she needs more than just her name on a document or website. The animals are quite good quality though so Ill be sure to try and leave some reviews for other websites if I ever need to return an animal again.
