securityantzlab.com is a very unreliable company. I have had to call them multiple times because they didnt get my call or return my email. Once they told me that I needed to send them pictures of where I am living so that they could determine if the security camera was working and it wasnt and then the next day said that they would not be able to come out because my address changed. They also claimed that my security camera was going off every time someone walked by it which it absolutely did not

GamesI have had the pleasure of using antzlab.com for a few years now and always find something new to make me happy. However I have had some bad experiences that I would like to share with you all.The first experience was when I didnt receive my purchase for a few weeks. Were still working on an update with details on what happened. We asked the customer and they didnt respond. We called them back up and they told us that their Customer Service was closed because they were too busy dealing with other orders. We are very sorry for our part in this situation and we hope that you will call us as well and tell us why your order wasnt sent.The second experience was even worse One day we started a transaction and then immediately stopped it because we got an email from the company informing us that our account was about to be cancelled without any information about why.
