I just had a very negative experience with Company anviam.com. The company is only known for providing customer service mistakes from now on. Every time I have a question or need help with something the company takes me in and helps me out. But now... Now they are not even worth anything to you They will do whatever it takes to get your money This is what I got-The person who provided no support after hours was responsive and helped us improve our traffic through his knowledge of the product we were looking for -But then he left right before the project was due and minimum requirements were set -Now this guy provides zero support over the phone until we contact him again during work days which was unhelpful because he didnt want to be away from his family -After that he requires full support when ones computer crashes which isnt available while he is on vacation because hes already doing that
