I HAD TO CALL THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TALK TO A REP AND HE SAID THAT I CANNOT USE MY ORDER BECAUSE SOMEONE ELSE HAS SHIPPED IT BEFORE THEM SO NOW I HAVE TO PAY FOR TWO PACKS OF LEMON JUICE FROM UPS JUST TO GET MY ORDER OUT neutrality

I have used this company for the past year and a half. They always seem to belate with their services and I have had to call them multiple times because they wont send the service that was promised. In addition the tech support is terrible. Ive had to call them three times now because my computer keeps freezing and they cant seem to fix it. Overall I would not recommend this company.

I just got my Pro account and was to set up a new one. I am now set up as a past customer. I have never been happy with Apjakal.com or the pro account they offer. Every time I change something it takes me out of the game. I have already left 5 times. If you are not going to help me then dont do anything wrong either.
