I have had a negative experience with the company Appfuture.net. First of all I was very disappointed when my app future account was suspended without notice and then I found out that my credit score had been lowered because of it. Furthermore the customer service representative who helped me was absolutely terrible. She told me that she couldnt do anything about it because my account was suspended for using an unlicensed app and that I needed to get a new one. In terms of the product itself I didnt find it very helpful at all. The software acueductos that I ordered were incredibly outdated and not up to par with what other companies offer. Overall this experience wasnt worth it and I would not recommend this business to anyone.

"This Company Is Terrible And Should Be"

This company is terrible and should be closed down. I have had a ton of problems with this company from the beginning. First of all they wont even let me create an account because I dont have an email address. Then when I do it tells me that my password is too strong. So I have to use my Google Authenticator to log in. Finally after trying every single thing theyve ever suggested including changing my password and using a different Google Authenticator code nothing works. In fact all the other apps that I tried worked just fine before this fiasco started. This is definitely not the kind of company you want to deal with if youre looking for some security software

I would not recommend this company to anyone. Appfuture is in the business of selling security software and they have really done a bad job of it. I had to deal with two different customer service people one who was very unhelpful and the other who was so random that it was hard to understand what she wanted from me. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Im not sure what the problem is but IL has really poor customer service. They are usually open 8 hours a day but they have never given me a support ticket on Appfuture which is my favorite service.Were constantly trying to fix issues and this will not do.Appfuture is a great app store and we need to improve the customer service instead of changing anything to make it better.

Im not happy with company appfuture.net. Ive been using this site for years now and have never had any issues. But after that first experience Ivejumped to the level of customer service. They make it seem like a safe place to come for information when in reality its just another way for them to monetize you as an user. Bad customer service is the only reason why I give them three stars instead of four.
