Ive never had such terrible customer service I sent an email to the company and they just ignored it. And then when I tried to call them they told me that my phone was not working... so obviously it wasnt their fault. Now I cant even use their app because it wont connect to my phone at all Terrible experience overall

I would not recommend this apphuset.no business to anyone. They are very incompetent and do not know what theyre doing. The design and development of their apps is horrible and the quality of their work is terrible as well. I have had to report them to Apple multiple times because they are just not up to par. Save your time and money - theres no need for this business in my opinion.

I have had a bad experience with Apphuset.no. The first time I used the app they didnt send the order right away and then when it arrived it was defective - the phone itself wasnt even damaged but the app was Secondly I subscribed to their monthly plan and then within a week of subscribing my account was charged for an extra months worth of service which I never received. Finally when I asked about this they told me that because I subscribe automatically my account is locked and cant be changed - so if you want to change your subscription or use another account then you need to go through their website Overall avoid this company if youre looking for good design or customer service.
