I have never had such terrible customer service. They kept telling me that I needed to upgrade my account when in reality they just wanted to charge me more money. There were also some other issues with my account which they didnt seem to want to address. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have used this company for augmentation for the past two years and I have had both good and bad experiences. The good experiences include getting my augmentation done quickly being able to find what I need online and the staff being very friendly. However the bad experiences include one in which an employeehumored me by making a face when he injected me with my filler which made my face red another in which they did not provide enough anesthesia for an operation resulting in me having to go to the hospital and a third in which they did not give me enough information about how much surgery was going to take place before starting it resulting in me feeling like I was wasting time. Overall I would not recommend this company because their processes are not always up to par or they do not always seem sincere about helping people get their augmentation done quickly.

Timeframe October 2017Applica is a company that provides lash and eye pencils Lash Extendents and Gel Eyeliners. Their applicators are terribleThe applicator that comes with my lash extender is terrible- it doesnt hold onto my hair at all and its always getting lost. The other applicators also do not hold onto my hair well.The applicator for my gel eyeliner is also horrible- it makes my eyes look foggy and its never staying in place.
