has no customer service Ive had a couple of issues withapproachablegeek.com the first being that they dont make it easy to contact their customer service staff. I needed to email them and wait for an response for over a week after making a purchase even though I made the purchase months ago. The second time was even more frustrating because I couldnt get in touch with anyone from their customer service team despite trying multiple times throughout the year. Finally after spending hours on the phone and emailing them my concerns I got a response back saying they were sorry but they could not help me because my account had been closed. In both casesapproachablegeek acted like they didnt care about their customers and just wanted to sale more software development products - which is obviously not what anyone wants when dealing with these types of companies.

They ask for money in order to develop software but never deliver anything. Instead they send you emails with offers that are too good to be true. The only thing they seem to have in common is the name Approachable Geek.

is a complete waste of time and moneyI absolutely do not recommendapproachablegeek.com for anyone. They are completely unapproachable unhelpful and just plain rude. I have had to call them multiple times to get help with something simple because they were so unyielding in their refusal to help me out. Additionally the software development tools that they offer are quite expensive so if youre looking for a cheap solution then this is not the company for you.

However after 3 months of working with them I was extremely disappointed in the quality of their software development products. They do not deliver on their promises and instead promise things that they never deliver on. Additionally they charge exorbitant fees which are impossible to justify when their products are poorest in quality. Avoid this company if you can

The users information is easily available to anyone who wants it and they are constantly trying to new things. However I found that many of the products they offer are not well known or supported and when I tried using their services I couldnt find work or answers to my questions. Avoid this company at all cost
