AppsCore, Review Specifics:
I have had a lot of negative experiences with Appscore.com.au over the past year or so. First and foremost their app scoring service is terrible. My company has been using it for about a year now and its constantly giving us lower grades than what we should be getting based on our performance measured against other companies in our industry. Additionally their customer service is often unhelpful and responsive to questions Ive had about the app scoring service but not when it comes to resolving issues that Im experiencing with the scoring itself. Overall I would avoid this company if I could theyre simply not worth your time and money

1 star - terrible appscore.com.au experienceI used this company to measure the performance of my Enterprise digital experience agency in Melbourne. The appscore.com.au website is very user-unsafe and made me extremely nervous about using it. The entire process was incredibly frustrating as I couldnt get any kind of feedback about how my agency was doing until AFTER the fact which left me with a really bad impression of the company overall. Avoid this company if you can

Im not happy with this company. I had to create an account and then use the app to score my agencys website. The process was very convoluted and it took forever to get my results. Additionally the app is outdated and cannot be used for anything other than reviewing our website.

I just found out that company appscore.com.au is a bad business model.Company Appscore has no customer service or support in place to help them grow their business. This makes it difficult for users to recommend their services and make money from them. At appscoring.com.au we take peoples feedback and ideas seriously and have a global network of businesses that trust us to help them improve their digital experiences. But here company appscore.com.aus business model fails because they only cares about making money through user recommendations and advertising not helping customers get the most out of their digital experiences. So much for free shipping.

The agency is good for finding and analyzing digital marketing and user experience feedback but their customer service is terrible. Ive had terrible experiences with phone calls and emails that havent been answered until after the fact. I would not recommend this agency to anyone.
