I have never had such terrible customer service. I made an app and after about a week it was obvious that the code couldnt be checked because there were too many errors. They told me to email them for support but then didnt respond to my emails for over a week. Finally someone from their team called me and said that they didnt know how to check the code and that I needed to send them more screenshots of my app so they could see what was wrong. 15 minutes later they sent me a completely different version of the app with all these errors in it
