I was really disappointed with this company. The first time I used their app it crashed and my phone couldnt be reset. I had to go on the website to find a way to reset my phone. Then when I tried to use the app again it wouldnt let me even start it up. And finally when I tried to get help from their customer service they said that they couldnt help me because my phone was already locked and they couldnt unlock it for me. Save your money and dont use this company

Ive never had such terrible customer service. I called to ask about an app and the person on the phone said it would be a few hours before they could get back to me but it only took them 10 minutes to tell me that they couldnt find the app and that I needed to email them the link. After waiting 30 minutes for a call back from someone who clearly wasnt responsible for anything I hung up and went online to look for my app. The website says its available in my account but when I try to access it all of my apps are grayed out - no resolution given as to why this is happening. These people arent even professionals at their job
