I think they are trying to make a name for themselves by amassing such a large collection of user reviews which are all generally negative. This is not what customer service should look like. At times the company seems to beigelnered with their users and they seemto lack authority over the entire thing. For example one review complainedduring opening an order was that there was a sense of forever changing change in how my phone worked. This is unacceptable in any field - Customer Service ought to be full of people who know everything about your product and can help you address your issues instead they offer nothing but criticism and feedback controluled under Error on this article. Forget about it
