I absolutely hated this apptide.io business The first time I tried to make an appointment it said that my availability was full and the second time I tried to make an appointment it said that my availability was no longer available. Also when I made an appointment the website said that I would be able to see pictures of the person who would be helping me but never did - instead all I saw were pictures of people who had already been seen. Overall this apptide.io experience was terrible and not worth my time or money.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. The apptide website is terrible and the Home service is even worse. I had to contact customer service numerous times because they were not getting my contract done right and then when I finally got my contract they charged me for something that never happened. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I was very disappointed with the Home - APPTIDE.IO apptide.io service I submitted an order for a air conditioning unit on Sept. 15th and didnt receive it until Sept. 22nd The customer service agent said that she was sorry but your order has already been shipped. I asked to see my order and she couldnt because it had already been sent to her office She told me that the company only does business through snail mail so theres no way she could have received my order even though it was supposed to be delivered by now Needless to say Im not using this company again and recommend anyone else do too

Im very disappointed with Company Apptide.io. Our account was set up without any input from us and it has been difficult to find our record of use. If we were interested in using the app then we would have given more information to the user than just a username and password. We are not just users of the app but business owners as well.

Im not sure what this company appt. is for but its located in business of Home Update. Ive been to their website and it looks like they offer home updates and services. Ive never had a good experience with them before so Im not sure what the problem is. Ill just hope that somebody else at this business gets the problem and fixed it.
