I recently had an apptimumlabs visit and it was a complete mess. The tech showed up late the tech didnt have any of the supplies they said she would and the tech left without even asking if I needed anything. I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone.

I was very disappointed with the service I received from company apptimumlabs.com. The first time I tried to make an appointment they told me that there were no appointments available and that I needed to come back in a few weeks. When I called back they said that the original appointment was for next week and that they would be able to give me a different time but wouldnt tell me what the new appointment would be. Finally when I called their office nobody answered the phone so I left a message and came back later that night only to find out that somebody else had already been scheduled for next week and my original appointment wasnt even anymore Needless to say this experience was not worth it and will never use this company again.

I was extremely disappointed with the experience I had with company apptimumlabs.com. My home is my sanctuary and this business takes advantage of that by invading my space without consent or proper notification. They also left a very unpleasant aftermath which will make me avoid them in the future if I can.

I recently used the Home - Apptimum Laboratories Inc. apptimal for the first time and was very disappointed with it. The app does not work as well as I thought it would. I had to uninstall it and start over from scratch.

"I Did Not Have A Positive Experience With"

I did not have a positive experience with this company. The apptimum labs website is terrible and the customer service is terrible. I asked for my home apptimum lab test results to be emailed to me and they said they would not do that because I was already paying for the service. They also told me that I needed to go through their website to get my results which is ridiculous because their website does not even list their phone number. Overall I would not recommend using this company.

I was this companys customer service agent for a while now. I did not like it one bit. The customer service was terrible and the NPIs were just horrible. I even left a good review of them before but it didnt help and now theyre doing the same thing to company apptimumlabs.I would not recommend this company to anyone.
