Do not use this company. They are terrible at what they do and the customer service is even worse. I had to contact them multiple times to get my IT subscription renewed and the process was so frustratingly slow that I eventually gave up and went with another provider. Dont bother with these people they will never help you out.

I am not happy with Apxic.com and my experience there was very negative. I worked for them for a year and a half and my overall experience there was terrible. I was given wrong genres no development lunches were given and other such things. The people working there were horrible and the company itself is also quite bad. Overall I would not recommend Apxic.

I have had two experiences with Apxic.com. The first time was somehow forgot about. They were trying to book a patient without an email address so they could not only tracking their own patient list but also get patients to sign up for spam folders or else they would be stalled in their process. The way this is done is really helpful when there are many people from different states working together on a project. However now I have more experience with company apxic.com and they just as bad as the first time. First thing they did was try and add an new customer service number for after the fact purposes of being nice towards customers that have had experience with them before but even then its a flaccid movement in my opinion. Second experience was much more serious actually. After about word-eque hours of use of their site I got a call from customer service regarding a problem with my account which I identified as belonging to their product Apxic

I am not happy with apxic.com. I have been using this site for the past two months and have never felt so Bandwidth was constrained without being able to access the site. This is not because of the content or the way the site is written its just that my internet connection is really slow here. I have tried contacting customer service several times and getting an automated response but it always takes a long time to get anyone to respond. I have also been given few Choice of Plans but none of them make me feel like I am important enough to give my opinion on what they are doing. The only thing good about apxic.com is that it offers a great interface and all other features are negative points.
