Im not sure how I stumbled upon this company but Im extremely disappointed with their product. The first thing that caught my eye was the very low price - but then I realized that it only applies to their basic product which is terrible. Secondly the quality of the product is absolutely poor. There are numerous areas where it seems like theres lack of attention to detail and even some poorly executed features. In addition there are a lot of errors in the website which makes it difficult to navigate. Overall this isnt a good experience and I would never recommend ArcusScale to anyone.

I have never had such terrible service from anyone in my life. I called to get a measurement for my new computer and was told that the company couldnt do anything because they were out of stock. Then I was told that I would have to wait for weeks for their next shipment because the first one had run out. Finally after waiting months and being promised multiple times that the first order would be here by now I received it days after Christmas. Needless to say this is not an experience that I want to repeat myself with any other business.

"I Was This Companys Customer Before. They Changed"
ArcusScale, Review Specifics:
I was this companys customer before. They changed theirindication of return policy and then I found out that my oldreturn policy was not full satisfaction so I decided to change it. The new policy is to send back the entire order if there is a problem with the product however they did not follow through with the promise of free product. The phone app does not work right now and I have not received any response from the customer service yet. So far Im very unhappy with this company and would not recommend them.

I was a long-term customer of this company but it finally died. I have no reason to continue because of the terrible customer service I received. Dude is really slow at customer service and always asks questions that he doesnt have the answer to. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.
