Argis Solutions Inc. is a scam company. The first time I contacted them they told me they were the best company to work with and that I would be getting my money back in no time. After numerous phone calls and email exercises nothing ever came back from them. They also said they had my order tracking information however it never happened and when Ichecked their website again few days later I noticed that my order was cancelled without any reason given. Overall avoid this company if you can

I am so disappointed with Argis Solutions. I have used them every day for 5 years and has always been a positive experience but this time was different. The customer service was terrible. They were able to get me a new phone quickly but the support process was not. I had to keep calling and they would never respond to my emails. It was very frustrating. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Im not sure what the problem is but I dont think its good. We offer free shipping on orders over 50 and sometimes thats when the service goes out. Sometimes theres no communication at all between us and the customer and sometimes the package doesnt come back from thepty until days later.I think argis might be bad for their user base because they are always doing something that helps people save money and then theyre always leaving things up to the viewer to make themselves up as they go. Please evidently do better
