Im sorry to say that I had a negative experience with Arkanite.com. The website is very outdated and the applications it provides are incredibly unreliable. My biggest issue was that I couldnt even get my site up and running - it required quite a bit of effort and time which I didnt have. In addition the customer service was really slow and unhelpful. Overall this wasnt a great experience - I would not recommend this company to anyone.

webI have never been so disappointed in an product. I bought an arkanite keyboard and it is the worst experience I have ever had. The key feels like it is made of plastic and not made of metal. There is a big hole on one end that allows air to get by and the material looks like it could only be made out of metals. Why would I buy this thing Because it helps me type1 The key should feel more solid than plastic - it does not here2 The hole in the keyboard makes it possible for air to come in which is required for typing the key should never need to be held down at all because its design allows for this3 What is the point of having a key if it cannot help you type
