Unfortunately their products are terrible - not only do they not deliver on what they promise but their customer service is also incredibly unhelpful and unyielding. If youre looking for a useless software solution that will do nothing to improve your businesss overall efficiency or usability then ArkaSoftwares is the perfect choice for you - avoid them at all costs

Im not sure if Ive wrongfully given this company a negative review but I feel like it would be appropriate to do so again. The digital transformation project that I worked on was extremely cumbersome and took far too much time for what was ultimately a very small reward. Additionally their product engineering skills were nonexistent and the end result was an unfinished project with many unresolved issues.

ARKA Softwares, Review Specifics:
I just registered with arkasoftwares.com and found a user who had created the same account at another website. He or she had then left the second website and joined arkasoftwares.com creating another account and leaving negative reviews of the company. Ivee looked at all the reviews and saw that they are all fake. The user has even changed his or her name on several occasions. This is simply not possible

I bought some of these things because I was seeing a lot of user reviews that said they had problems with Arka Softwares products. I have never seen any problem with the products I have bought from them. If you are looking for a software company that will make your business growth then I would not recommend you.

I was this companys primary customer in the business for over two years. They always had my needs covered with products and support. However now they have changed their tone and approach to me saying that they no longer provide product engineering or support services it has been very difficult to write a good review. The customer service is really not interested in helping you as an customer anymore. Most of their products just work as is and there is no follow up call or email with contact information so you know you are not getting help from some other source. arkasoftwares is just a mainline company that sells things like ArkaSoftWareProduct Engineering Guide which is perfect for light web development but which doesnt fit well into a full stack developer who wants to troubleshoot issues with hisher software.
