I was this companys biggest client for a long time. They do great work and are always willing to help out anyone who needs it. However Ive come to understand their business model in ways that I didnt know. They charge very high prices for services they provide that are not only valuable but also unique and something different for the market. They also offer no free trial so you have to be willing to stick around and pay the price. Overall I think they can be better at making sure their clients are happy and satisfied than having an amazing work ethic and attempting to please everyone in the company by offering nothing but service.
