I had a terrible experience with Arokee.com. First of all the website is incredibly outdated and difficult to navigate. Second of all their customer service was absolutely horrible. They were always very unhelpful and refused to help me with my purchase or refund my money even though I made mistakes on my part. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have had a lot of problems with this company. First I ordered a bedroom set and it arrived damaged. Second I received my order late and the quality of the product was terrible. Third I made an order for a couch and it came with no cover. Finally I ordered some furniture and there were several mistakes in the order - one piece of furniture was missing and another piece was sent with two different sizes of legsposts. Overall these experiences have been very frustrating and disappointing.

ROFL did this company a disservice. I ordered on aSat and it arrived on Sun. The box was damaged in the process so I had to return it. The customer service rep said sorry but you cant just send the item back because its an RMA product that isnt covered by your warranty What is their problem This company should be ashamed of themselves. If they want customers they need to do better.
