I dont recommend this company. Theyre terrible at what they do. The work is always done in a rush and the communication is often not good. Ive had to contact them multiple times because their work keeps changing suddenly and they never properly tell you whats going on.

I have never worked with a company like Arokiait.com before and am very disappointed with the service they provide. The first step was to contact them via their website and after waiting for hours I received a response back that my inquiry had been sent to someone else. Then after waiting another day I finally got a call from someone who told me that my inquiry was still being processed and would not be answered for another week. In the meantime I managed to find an online review of this company which gives a much worse impression of the quality of their work. This company is definitely not worth your time or money

I have just returned from a month long project work in Bangalore Mumbai. It was a terrible experience working with AROKIAIT. I had chosen to work with them because of the good reputation they had and was so wrong. The whole process started out well with me choosing their project management method then going about my business as usual when there was a strange issue that surfaced. However things began to go wrong in very little evidence as soon as I began working on their project in India.The first time this happened was when I got there for the night and discovered that my original work plan had been changed without either of my knowledge or consent. I received a phone call from them telling me that they would need someone to come back out on later days due to some unforeseen situation that had arisended while I was gone. When I woke up the next day and saw the message has been updated to show current it is because of something that they decided to do

I have had two issues with arokiait.com so far. The first was a support ticket that was impossible to send through due to the website being almost unreadable and also the fact that I was from out of town. The second time was when someone changed the password to our companys computer system and then tried to use it for their own account on other websites. This was really frustrating as it required more knowledge about each individual site and made it difficult for me to do my job. But overall arokiait is a great company and I would definitely recommend them to others.
