I have never had such terrible customer service. I contacted company artesianio because my water was not hot and they told me it was the heater. I then found out that the heater actually broke so now my water is cold and I have to go to the store to buy a new one. This is just terrible customer service.

I have never had such terrible customer service. I sent an inquiry for a home artesian software and was waiting to hear back from them for over a week. Then when I finally received a response the email said that they were not able to offer me the software because it was no longer being updated. This company is completely unprofessional and should be ashamed of themselves.
