Do not bother with this company Their products are terrible and the customer service is nonexistent. Ive had to contact them multiple times for things that were never even mentioned in their marketing material such as not being able to add a product to my order because they said it was already taken care of and finally having to email them because they would not respond to my inquiry about a product I had bought. Overall avoid this company if you can

All of the products that they offer are very expensive and there is no guarantee that they will work in harmony with your Magento business. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have never heard of anyone rate them higher than they do This is a high-pressure sales environment and they can be but its worth it in the end. They are always working to improve their software and are always trying to find new ways to make money. If youre looking for an easy to use CRM and a good marketer then youll likely lose as soon as you start dealing with them.

I have been using company ascentdigitalga.com for a while now and have had good experiences so far. But this one was bad.I just got married and my husbands family are from Italy. Every time we go to a new place we are overwhelmed by the beauty of the cultures together. We love Italy so much that we wanted to send our children there and home through college but also make it a true Italian family dream We have never felt this way about anything before about any product or service - we were customer for years of company rise- great people to work with And now here we are after 10 years of being happy customers because of their software...If youre going to be customer service then company ascentdigitalga.com is not it. Theyre all over the place with them doing

I just opened this company and was absolutely shocked at the low quality of the erp CRM software I received. The software is not up to date with magento commerce and even the webroot is out of order. For marketing solutions they are completely unaware of how to use magento commerce or even create a custom Magento Commercepage. Overall I am very disappointed with this company and would not recommend it to anyone.
