I have never had such an incompetant company do business with me. I ordered software development services from ascentspark and was promised that my order would arrive within a certain time frame and it didnt. I even sent them pictures of the product that I had ordered and they still did not respond back to me. They also told me that my order would be delivered by USPS but when I contacted USPS they said that there is no way for them to deliver the package because it is too late now. The whole experience was a complete waste of my time and money.

.com is a website that offers software development services for both personal and business use. However one user hasUB StoryI was this user and used an older version of the software Developing applications from scratch became increasingly difficult. The new version 3.0 was great--a huge step forward in terms of features and how it worked with the previous versions. However within a few months of using it the program started to errorsomissions everywhere and he had to delete all my old files he only uses this program for developing applications and start again with the new data. Overall I found it to be very difficult to use because the interface is very well designed but once you know how to use it well it is a breeze. ascentspark.com doesnt offer any customer service which makes it even more challenging.
