Ive had a negative experience with Aspire IT Services Partner. Jo is always very responsive to my emails but the service they provide is terrible. Ive had to call them multiple times because their service never meets my needs. The first time I called they said my computer was broken and needed to be fixed the next time I called they said it wasnt my computer and that I needed to bring it in for an diagnostic. In both cases Jo told me that she would not help me because her company does not do repairs. Shes just a scam artist who uses people for her own gain. Do not go with this company

They did not seem to have any knowledge about their services nor about what they were providing. They also charged me a lot for what I did not need which made the experience even worse.
