is a rip offI used to use this company for mac software but now Im not sure what they do anymore. The software was great when it worked but now it wont start up at all. Also the customer service is terrible. They keep asking me questions that I already know the answer to and then telling me that I need to speak with their head office about it. Dont bother using this company there are better options out there.

is nothing more than a scamI recently had the misfortune of dealing with Asta an Australian company in the business of Asta Emerging IT Technology Solutions Company. I came across their website while looking for information on a new software application that I was thinking of using. The website looked promising so I decided to give them a try. Once I clicked on one of their product pages however it quickly became clear that this company is nothing more than a scam. They claim to be able to help you find and use the best software applications available but in reality they only provide worthless advice and do not actually have any experience whatsoever in the field. In addition their prices are incredibly high compared to other companies offering similar services. Overall I would not recommend giving this company any money - if you do then be very careful what you ask for

Company asta.com.au has terrible customer service. I came into the office to find that the computer was lost. I spoke to the manager about it and she said we would get back to you as soon as we found it. Nothing happened. I called back again and got the person who said they didnt know anything about computers andemnt even able to say that they had seen this problem before and that they would go and tell their boss what was going on. Theres just something wrong with this companys customer service here.The company has terrible customer service especially when it comes to providing needed assistance with their computers - which is often life-saving information for employees.
