asta.com.mx is a terrible company with terrible technology and terrible customer service. I have been a customer of theirs for about 5 years now and have never had a problem but today was the first time that I had one. Their online chat agent told me that my account was nearly old and needed to be fixed. They also told me that their phone number was no longer being used by customers because they get angry every time they see it. Overall I think they may be out of business due to this current situation.
