Astec, Review Specifics:

.I am not satisfied with my experience at Astec.net. The customer service was gross and unhelpful. I had to ask multiple times for a support person that I did not have in my account - all I wanted was a can of software development tools. The next day there were two people in the chatroom and we talked about how to get started. After that they refused to issue a new subscription which made me very angry because I needed it as soon as possible. Overall this company is terrible and extremely slow when looking for new customers.
