I just placed a buyupsell with this company and didnt like what I saw. The most notable issue was the lack of customer service response time to my inquiries. The people who did get back to me were polite but the customer service herself was not consistent. She would always have the same reaction when I would ask for different things e.g. how is your day going beautiful whats new If there are changes we make she would make an update about that but there were never any follow-ups after the first question. Overall this company does not look or feel Like A Designers Place.
