"I Have Never Had Such Terrible"

I have never had such terrible customer service from a company in my life. The woman who answered the phone was completely unprofessional and said she couldnt help me because I wasnt from Spain. When I asked her what she meant by from Spain she told me that Atlntida Ediciones Multimedia is not actually headquartered in Spain but rather on the other side of the world She then proceeded to tell me that theres no way I can order anything because they dont carry any items related to Spanish culture which is true - they dont carry any books music etc. so I must either order through some other distributor or find something else to do with my money. And if that doesnt already seem like an insult then this woman added that she would be happy to refund my entire purchase if it turns out that Im not able to get anything from Atlntida Ediciones Multimedia. Clearly this company isnt about quality control -

I was very disappointed with my purchase. The shirt is colorful and the fabric is comfortable but it came in the wrong color. I should have received a black shirt. Overall I was not a satisfied customer.

This company is a waste of time and money. I have never been more than 10 in my life. I have not spent a single day of it. I have never gotten an answer to their question or asked for a helpdesk support. I have only asked for money back and that was from the beginning. The company is just trying to make money while you are on the side road.I would not recommend this company to anyone.
