I have had a terrible experience with Atoms eCommerce. The site is extremely slow and I have had to wait forever for my order to arrive. Additionally the customer service was horrible. They told me that my order was lost and then said that I couldnt get it back because it wasnt delivered to their office.

I was a bit regretful of how much I enjoyed my time at atoms.mx. However the recent change in the companys management has now made it difficult to enjoy my time at this website. The site is currently in a state where most of the content is only good for 10 minutes at the beginning and then it ends. Its like they need to make a new start-up company or something.This website is terrible for many reasons including being an easy place to use and navigate. The search bar is too small the articles are keyword rich but not always relevant and the support team are good enough but they dont always keep their promises. Overall I would not recommend this website to anyone.
