I have had a negative experience with Atsuk.com. The solutions mobile transactions were not what I expected and the cost for them was high. Additionally there was very little communication between the customer service representative and me about my order - which made it difficult to track down any issues or ask for help. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have had a terrible experience with this company. First of all I was never contacted by anyone from the company until after my order had already shipped. Then when I received the phone it was very low quality and not up to par with what I had been expecting. In addition there were several issues with the connection - one which caused me to lose quite a bit of data due to an issue with my provider. Overall this was a terrible experience and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I just moved to Atsuk. I found this site because of a search for solutions mobile transactions and was so impressed that I decided to check out the rest of their product line. So far Im very impressed with what Ive found. They have an amazing customer service team like no other. Its been some time since I been able to call them up for a help they always find the necessary information quick and easy to understand are great.This company is terrible and their customer service is terrible.
