They are always willing to help anyone even if they are not familiar with the situation. The service I receive is fantastic and I have never had to wait long for service. Attain Solutions is a company that specializes in customer service. They are attached to a mission of helping people to find and form new business relationships. We have an area team that provides support during the year too often Starrs corner for lunch. The staff is always happy and helpful but the staff member at the counter was really unprofessional with her technique shots. Overall I found this company to be good with some good and some bad. Some features that I found good were their phone call policy which is important in todays world as well as their email service. However there are many occasions when I found it necessary to go into a conversation with the staff member on the phone just because they had not already done so through my computer solo Thank you for your attention to this issue thoughWere sorry to hear that we responded poorly to our clients needs.
